"I had Dr Aluminum install a 25 x 40 enclosure in 2022. Some of the pavers were sunken in and created a low area. After the rainy season this past year that area was moldy and unsightly. The pavers did clean up nicely and were sealed. I had communication difficulties that I contribute to the timing after hurricane season and in particular hurricane Milton. Ryan and I were able to connect and he found a solution to take my rating of 1 to a 5. A paver crew was out this week and corrected this settling. Thank You Ryan for correcting this situation."

"After the most recent hurricane, I called DR for help. We had lost some screens on our cage. Like you could imagine, they were just swamped with calls for help. Yet, when I called them, they were very friendly and understanding of my situation. They explained that they have been overwhelmed with calls for repairs and that a lot of their crews were out because their homes had sustained major damage and they were working very shorthanded. But, they had worker in the area that was looking at other customers and was doing measurements. They said he couldn't do major repairs because he didn't have a crew. He came by two days later and I thought he was just going to measure. But he said he could just put up the screens himself without a crew. The entire process took about 5 hours and DR staff was so friendly and courteous during such a difficult time. I really appreciated their efforts and how understanding they were of the situation."
